• Account information: name and email address, provided when you sign up
• Credentialing data: the hours, phases, categories, and dates you log toward your RPT™ credential
• Uploaded files: CE certificates, transcripts, or other documents you upload as proof of completed hours
• Payment information: handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store your card details.

• To provide and operate the app's core features (tracking your progress, storing your uploaded documents, generating your summary report)
• To communicate with you about your account, subscription, or support requests
• To process payments through Stripe

• Your data is stored securely and is only accessible by you. Other users cannot view your entries, uploaded files, or personal information.
• We do not sell your information to third parties.

We use the following third-party services to operate the app:

• Lovable Cloud — our hosting provider, which supplies the database, authentication, file storage, and email infrastructure for this app. User data (including account information, logged hours, uploaded documents, and subscription status) is stored and processed by Lovable Cloud.
• Stripe — our payment processor, used to securely handle subscription payments.

If you cancel your subscription, your account and data will remain accessible for 30 days, during which you may log in and download any information or documents you've uploaded. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

You may request a copy of your data or request that your account and data be deleted at any time by contacting us at howzeyourhealth@gmail.com.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes.
