Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective for all Howze Your Play Journey subscriptions.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel, you will continue to have full access to Howze Your Play Journey through the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that period ends.
We do not offer refunds for partial months, unused time, or previous billing periods. All payments are non-refundable.
If you experience a technical issue that significantly prevented you from using the app, please contact us at howzeyourhealth@gmail.com and we will review your situation individually.
